At 08:00 on Friday morning our new electronic consultation service “Patchs” will be going live. This replaces E-consult.

This is happening locally across St Helens and all practices within the borough will be using this system moving forward. The link will appear on Friday on the practice website and you will need to register to use this service.

This is not an urgent way to contact the practice. If you need urgent advice or an urgent appointment please telephone as you would normally.
