As you will have seen in the media, junior doctors are set to strike from Tuesday 11th April – Friday 14th April. This will affect Garswood Surgery, as we are a training Practice therefore, we have junior Doctors working here. Unfortunately, this will mean that if you have an appointment between these dates, it MAY have to be changed. Due to the nature of striking, we will not know for 100% until next week.

Therefore, we feel that the best course for action is to ask you to ring the Practice next Thursday 6th April, when we will re arrange your appointment if needed.

We apologise for this inconvenience, but as a Practice we do have to respect and support our junior Doctor’s as they are the future of your healthcare.
