Over the Rainbow

Over the Rainbow is a part social, part support group for young people aged 13 to 25 who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or trans, questioning or unsure of their sexuality or gender identity.

A closed, confidential youth group meets on the first Wednesday of the month.

Beat Eating Disorders

One in five gay and bisexual people are estimated to have problems with their weight or eating – this is about four times higher than the general population.

The Recovery Village

LGBTQ+ Drug and Alcohol Treatment Resources

People in the LGBTQ+ community are more likely to experience social stigma, discrimination, rejection, abuse and ostracism from society and even their families. People who identify as anything but heterosexual often face more challenges in their life, in addition to daily stressors, and as a result are at a higher risk of developing mental health and substance use disorders.
